COX USERS:
Cox accounts have a setting for Spam to be automatically deleted (according to whatever COX thinks is spam). Cox thinks our newsletters are spam. Therefore, our users never even get a chance to see it ... because it never makes it to their mail account. These users also usually do not have a spam folder.
There is nothing we can do to fix it from our side. Users will need to go through this simple process below in their own cox account online. It only takes a few minutes. Then they will begin receiving emails in the future (no past email though).

Cox.net Email
- Go to WebMail Inbox window
- Click "SETTINGS" icon (small wheel in top right corner)
- Under INBOX, click Filter Rules
- Create Rule to allow email from communications@inglesidepto.org
- Click Add New Rule in top right corner
- - - Name Your Filter
- - - Choose Add Condition
- - - - - Choose From and enter communications@inglesidepto.org
- - - - - Choose Keep
- - - - - Choose SAVE - Update Spam Settings
- Under INBOX, click Spam Settings
- Choose Automatically deliver to Spam folder - Click Save
- COMPLETE! Go back to Inbox
GMAIL USERS:
If you access Gmail through a browser (on a laptop or desktop), you may discover that your iBlast has landed in your "Promotions" tab instead of your "Primary" tab.
Click on your Promotions tab. If you see the iBlast there, click and drag it into your Primary tab.
This will bring up a dialogue box at the bottom of your screen, asking if you want this change to always happen. Click YES.
